Brassia orchid

A2 size print of pressed flower by Jane Anashka

Native to Mexico, C. America and the tropical rain forests of Peru where it grows as an epiphyte (on tree trunks)
When a female spider-hunting wasp mistakenly stings the flower's lip, its head brushes against pollen which is carried to the next flower.

Printed in our studio, on A2 Canson Infinity, Ultra Smooth Rag Photographique, acid free museum grade archival paper made without optical brighteners, to enhance the longevity of the print. Signed, with latin name, or design name on the front and artist's authentication stamp on the back.

We suggest framing behind low-reflection glass away from direct sunlight
