Known as the Dog rose, it grows as thickets or climbs through hedges sometimes to the crowns of 30 ft trees. Native to Europe, North West Africa and West Asia.

Printed on fine art archival paper and mounted on hand torn french watercolour paper – signed, with handwritten latin name & habitat on the back (13 x 17cm), blank inside with recycled brown envelope in cello bag.
