Returns & Replacements
Returns will be permitted if
a) the goods have been damaged before or during delivery and you have inspected the goods on arrival and notified us within 48 hours of the damage or any shortfall and made a record of the carrier’s delivery note.
b) The goods are in perfect condition and the return of them has been agreed with us in writing, and the goods arrive back at our address in perfect condition.
